The use of pneumatic water well drilling rig in rock and complex layers has the following advantages:
(1) High slag discharge wind speed, clean hole bottom and no secondary crushing; Because there is no liquid column pressure, the hole bottom crushing condition is improved without groundwater;
(2) The drilling method of pneumatic water well drilling rig is to impact the hole bottom with high frequency, which reduces the influence of hole inclination on rock or inclined stratum, so as to improve the verticality of drilling hole and reduce the rock collapse of hole wall;
(3) Compared with rotary well drilling rig, pneumatic well drilling rig requires much less WOB and torque. This can reduce the quality and capacity of drilling equipment and create favorable conditions for large-diameter hard rock drilling;
(4) Pneumatic water well drilling rig has good adaptability and can work under various complex rock strata (including aquifer);
(5) The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and convenient use and maintenance.
This series of rigs use excavator crawler chassis for off-road performance. The independent module design allows the rig to be mounted on the truck for increased maneuverability. The two-speed swing and propulsion speed can meet the different piercing needs of the stratum and rock formation. The combined positioner can adjust and replace the positioning plate according to different types of drill pipe and impactor to ensure accurate and reliable positioning and centering. The hoisting mechanism facilitates the lifting of the drill pipe and the impactor to reduce labor intensity.
