• Dual speed power head: drilling and pulling at low speed ensure smooth operation; The power head can slide at faster speed to reduce the auxiliary time and improve work efficiency during the assembly/disassembly of drilling stem with empty load.
• Rubber track: the rubber track has minor influence on the road, lawn, and scenic spot.
• Float clamp: the patented float clamp can effectively extend the service life of the drilling shaft.
• Automatic assembly/disassembly: the drill stem can be mounted and dismounted automatically, which improves the work efficiency, reduces the work intensity and thus reduces the number of work staff.
• Automatic anchoring: through hydraulic pressure drive, the cylinder and low speed large torque motor controls the push/pull of the drill stem, and it’s simple and convenient to operate.
• Rotatable control panel: it widens the field of view and reduces operator fatigue.
• Simple to operate: the rotation and push/pull of the power head is controlled separately, and it’s simple and convenient to operate. The operator can master the operation skills through short-time training.
Application and scope
1.1.1 It is suitable for drilling in reconnaissance, geophysical exploration, road and building exploration, blasting holes and other drilling engineering.
1.1.2 Alloy, steel grit and steel drop bits can be chosen according to the different stratas.
1.1.3 It can drill 2-9 grade sand clay and rock layer.
1.1.4 The rated drill depth shall be 100 meters and the deepest shall not exceed 120m.
1.2 Features
1.2.1 The oil pressure feeding mechanism can improve drilling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.
1.2.2 A ball mounted card blessing mechanism replaces the chuck which can carry out without stopping the lever, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
1.2.3 Hole pressure gauge indicates pressure which can be easy to grasp the situation inside the hole.
1.2.4 Handle concentration, easy operation.
1.2.5 It is compact.The drill, water pump and diesel engine are installed on the same base, which occupies a small area.
